The Blue Anchor featured on the Ancient and Modern: Daytime Crawl of Brentford, Chiswick and Hammersmith in June 2016.

Like the Bell & Crown, this pub is neither a listed building nor on CAMRA’s London Regional Inventory but it is a mid-19th-century building with a wood-panelled interior. The original bar counter has been moved over to the front wall complete with the original pewter-mounted hand pumps.
