Although this pub is not a listed building, it is locally listed and the description is as follows: “1901, Public House, red brick, 5 bays wide. Ground floor has blue brick plinth with glazed bricks to cill height. Pilasters on ground floor which separate bays,2nd floor has pinnacles which break through the curved parapet, which has a larger triangular section to the centre. Carriageway entrance to 1st bay, stained and etched glass remains.”
